Forestry Bar ‘Paella Verdura Refrita’ – Refried Vegetable Paella

A medley of home-grown and mediterranean vegetables are lightly sautéd with our signature sofrito and simmered with rice and vegetable stock.

Typically we use mushrooms, carrots, chickpeas, olives, and green beans and peas.

Our Paella Refrito is a full portion of our freshly-cooked paella that has been kept chilled or frozen and is then re-fried to order, the result is more caramelised with extra crispiness.
