Forestry Bar ‘Paella Mixta’ – Mixed Meat & Seafood Paella

Our delicious family-recipe paella, always freshly-cooked in the traditional way, kept safe and warm and served up to our customers within two hours.

A medley of meat and seafood are lightly sautéd with our signature sofrito and simmered with rice and fish stock.

Typically we use chicken, chorizo, tiger prawns and squid.
