"The best paella!! Idelica recently catered our wedding and wow was it delicious. We spoke with Ian in the build up to the wedding, his communication was amazing and he couldn't not have done enough for us. Every email or phone call was answered in a timely manner and they really made sure all our requests and needs were heard. We've received so many comments about the food at our wedding, and we can safely agree it was delicious. It's hard to do good food on mass but these guys have absolutely nailed it. We also loved having our the food served family style, it created such a lovely and social atmosphere at our wedding. We had 130 day guests, and multiple had 2 portions, some of the evening guests came early and had some.. and we STILL had some left over. To say great value for money would be an understatement. The quality was 20/10 and we will definitely be recommending to anyone planning future events. Communication was brilliant throughout and Ian even did a site visit prior to the day as our venue was a little tricky to access. Set up was done the day before and packed up the day after to minimise any disruption on the day. I couldn’t thank you enough."

“We hired Idelica for the last weekend of August this year to cater paella for my 30th birthday party. We were all blown away by the quality of the service provided. The team were prompt, organised and very easy to communicate with. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about the food they were serving, the handling of ingredients and what to do with leftovers! The food itself was absolutely exquisite, definitely one of the best paellas we have ever eaten. The team cooked the food on site, provided their own biodegradable cutlery, bowls and napkins as well as giving us a vegetarian option for diet restricted guests. "Idelica catered at my cousin’s wedding last November (2019), where I was a guest, but I wanted to leave a review because of how amazing they were (and because I’m still dreaming of the cheesecake 6 months later!). Best gluten free (and general allergy awareness) catering at any wedding I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of weddings in a lot of different countries!). The food itself was delicious but also, on top of that, the general understanding of allergens and staff training was amazing. In a world where people have more and more dietary requirements, having caterers you can really rely on to do this carefully and properly is so crucial (I’ve been to a wedding where the maid of honour would’ve ended up in anaphylactic shock from sesame seeds, had the bride not noticed them on the bread before her sister ate it... all because the caterers received an incorrect bread order and didn’t check it!). I really cannot overstate the importance of caterers being on top of this for your peace of mind as a host, but also for all of your guests’ wellbeing! And again, this was all in addition to the food being absolutely delicious!"
